


1:1 Restorative yoga session (Online)
A slow supported space to soften your nervous system, release tension, and come home to your body.
This 60 minute session is designed for deep rest and realignment. You will be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses supported by props, allowing your body to fully surrender without effort. Each posture is held for several minutes to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and create space for healing.
We will begin with calming breathwork to ground tour energy, move into deeply supported restorative postures, and close with a guided meditation to invite clarity, softness and integration.
Whether you’re moving through burnout, emotional stress or simply need a reset - this practice is your invitation to pause, breathe and let go.
