Welcome to Serenity Sway

Hi, Im Nikita Sybille - a trauma-informed wellness guide, drug and alcohol practitioner, psychology graduate,(with an ongoing masters in psychology of mental health and well-being), yoga teacher, wellness blogger and creator of serenity sway.

I am here to help people who feel stuck, burnt out, anxious, or emotionally exhausted reconnect with their bodies and remember their inner power - through soulful self-reflection, movement, and nervous system regulation.

But I didn’t get here through perfection.

I got here through unravelling…

I am a woman who is a recovering anxious girly, with ADHD that had to go through all my deep childhood wounds to create the person who I am today.

Like many of the people that I work with, i’ve had my seasons of feeling lost - in overthinking, in my relationships, in burnout, in a constant loop of “what now"?”. Thats why I created serenity sway: Not to offer fluffy fixes or bypass your pain but to hold space for your REAL healing journey.

My work blends

  • Restorative yoga and somatic stillness (Because your body remembers)

  • Psychological insight (because your mind craves meaning)

  • Creative tools like journaling, card decks, and rituals (because healing should feel like YOU)

  • Wellness, substance addiction, nutrition and fitness coaching

  • careers coaching

Whether we are in a 1:1 session, youre flipping through my journal or just readinga blog post - my hope is that you feel met, seen and softened.

After all, I am still healing myself and helping others helps me to heal too. This space is not for perfection, its for the in-between.

For the women who want to break cycles, heal gently, and come back to themselves - slowly and honestlty.

Welcome to serenity sway - lets start where you are.
